VISAS WE PROCESS
There are different subclasses of visa for Australia.

Below, in alphabetical order, we have listed, in brief, the visas we specialize in:

CARER (116)

This visa is for people who are needed to care for an Australian relative or member of their family unit who has a medical condition.

This visa requires the applicant to be sponsored by their Australian relative or their Australian relative's spouse.

CHILD (101)

This visa is a permanent visa that allows a dependent child to travel to and remain in Australia, with his parent who is also his sponsor. The parent must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen. The parent acts as a sponsor for the child and can lodge the visa application on behalf of the child.

DEPENDENT CHILD (445)

This is a temporary visa for a child or stepchild of a parent who holds a temporary partner visa and has not yet been granted a permanent partner visa. The child’s parent must hold a temporary Partner (309) or temporary Spouse (820) visa. An applicant for this visa will require sponsorship from the same person sponsoring the child’s visa-holding parent.

MEDICAL TREATMENT (Long Stay) (685)

This Medical Treatment visa (MTV) is for persons who wish to
visit or stay in Australia for more than 3 months to:

undertake medical treatment (including consultation);

receive an organ transplant; or

donate an organ.

This visa also caters for certain onshore unsuccessful visa applicants who are unfit to leave Australia.
