Rather than set up an office in Cebu, with all the extra costs passed on to the client, we maintain a rep there, who assists clients with medicals, etc., but all cases are controlled from our central office in Manila. Modern communication enables us to do this efficiently.
From time to time one of our Senior Staff makes a trip to Cebu to assist clients, and to make assessment of the service we provide there.
Our Cebu rep, Myrna, is very experienced in the work we require her to do, and has also benefitted from travelling to Australia herself earlier this year.
