The best way to make initial contact is by e-mail. This is also cheaper for you, and we both have a written record. Fax message is also OK. However e-mail is superior.Telephone calls are expensive and there is no written record of the conversation.
On Wednesday mornings, we cannot accept telephone calls because all the case officers have their training, SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU A BETTER SERVICE.

We normally use a courier service. In the Philippines, we use several courier services LBC in particular, covers most of the nation, and is almost as well known as McDonalds or Jollibee. The courier used by the Embassy is Air21.
For sending documents from Australia to the Philippines, we find that the following courier services provide a good, safe service.
