When you read the section on LEGENDcom in this website, you will realize its importance. It keeps us up to date, right to the day. We have LEGENDcom and use it. Don't accept excuses - if they dont have LEGENDcom, Don't use them.

4: THE AGENCY MUST GIVE A WRITTEN QUOTATION:
This is very important both to the Agency and to the Client. Many of the horror stories you have heard about visa applications have arisen because  there was no written quotation.

5: THE AGENCY MUST HAVE A TRACK RECORD:
We have been going to the Australian Embassy when it was in the Chinabank Building, then in the Bank of Philippine Islands Building, then to the Doņa Salustiana Ty Building, then to various offices and houses during the terrorism scare, and now in the RCBC Building. Our total of over 5,000 visa approvals have mainly been  for Australia. WE HAVE THE RUNS ON THE BOARD.

6: THE AGENCY MUST BE ETHICAL:
We make an initial assessment of all clients and tell them frankly whether they have a  chance of being granted a visa. Many times applicants come with false hopes after getting  incorrect information. For their benefit, NO SWEET WORDS FROM THESE LIPS.
