Donald Watson is a New Zealand citizen and a Philippine Permanent Resident. He was educated at Ohakune District High School and Ardmore Teacher`s College from where he went to Auckland University on scholarship.
In sports, he was the National Selector in women´s softball and played tennis regularly around Manila. He is experienced in most aspects of migration, and although sympathetic to all applicants, he has become well known for his "NO SWEET WORDS FROM THESE LIPS" policy, in which the client is given an honest appraisal of his / her situation.
Great emphasis is placed on staff development, and his statement that he "does not want mere form fillers" is evidenced by the internal staff study program.

Mona has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Technological Institute of the Philippines. She is responsible for the entire finance department. She handles all aspects of accounting, such as financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, costing, payroll, bank transactions, etc. She does preparation and submission of reports to government agencies like BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, SEC, and renewal of business permit at Manila City Hall. She also makes designs for our labels and advertisements.
Mona is resourceful, result-oriented, with a high level of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills. She is self-motivated, focused and has good reporting skills. She has a strong personality, highly analytical and detail-oriented.

Girlie P. Amado
Senior Case Officer
Girlie has a degree in Computer Science from Adamson University. She is sometimes known as the "brains of the outfit", and she is the number one contributor at staff meetings. Girlie is an unrelenting woman and handles most of the difficult partner migration cases. A dedicated case officer, and an expert in securing legal papers.
She currently manages most Angeles City cases.
Jovie C. Ada
Senior Case Officer
Jovie has a degree in Commerce, major in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas. She assists clients who wish to migrate to Australia. She works quietly, produces results, and is methodical in her work. She is a thorough case officer, and good in examining documents.
She previously handled the Finance section of the company and is now a proven Case Officer.
Roxanne F. Cruz
Senior Case Officer
Roxanne is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Paul University, Manila.
She is our Visa Specialist as she is in-charge of the Visitor, Carer and Remaining Relative Visa processing. She also does a few Partner Visa cases. At times, Roxanne assists clients in securing documents at the city halls, churches, schools, etc.
She is very thorough in her work and adept in securing documentary evidences. She provides competent assistance in the various visa applications she handles and processes.
Madeline N. Ojeno
Senior Support Officer
Madeline has been with ANZVAC since September 1998. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the Northwestern Visayan Colleges. She accompanies clients for medicals, DNA testing and to the Commission on Filipinos Overseas for counseling.
She is very dedicated to her job and accomplishes works assigned to her. She is responsible and hard-working.
Marissa Aguilar
Supervisor - Angeles City
Marissa is our “livewire” supervisor in Angeles City. She has a Commerce degree, Major in Marketing from the Angeles University Foundation.
Her principal function is to implement our Marketing programme, and she also assists clients coming to Manila. She also covers the Subic and La Union areas.
In her territory, she also assists clients obtain documents from LCRs, schools, churches and other document sources.
