Director
Donald Watson is a New Zealand citizen and a Philippine Permanent Resident. He was educated at Ohakune District High School and Ardmore Teacher`s College from where he went to Auckland University on scholarship.
In sports, he was the National Selector in women´s softball and played tennis regularly around Manila. He is experienced in most aspects of migration, and although sympathetic to all applicants, he has become well known for his "NO SWEET WORDS FROM THESE LIPS" policy, in which the client is given an honest appraisal of his / her situation.
Great emphasis is placed on staff development, and his statement that he "does not want mere form fillers" is evidenced by the internal staff study program.

Manager (External) Senior Case Officer
“Mitch” as we refer her, has a degree in Computer Engineering from AMA Computer Colleges. She has strong interpersonal skills, highly analytical and detail oriented, and has a sound knowledge of migration policies, which makes her a reliable case officer.
Mitch is also responsible in designing our advertisements, yearly calendar, and signage. She maintains our computers and Local Area Network.

Mitchelle D. Francisco
Finance Manager
Mona took up a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila. She has a strong personality, detail-oriented and relates well to her boss and co-employees. She is responsible for the entire finance department. She handles all aspects of accounting, such as financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, costing, payroll, bank transactions, etc. She doe the preparation and submission of reports to government agencies like BIR, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, SEC, AND RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMIT AT MANILA CITY HALL.

Cristina, normally referred to as "Bebet", is a Liberal Arts and Banking and Finance graduate from St. Paul College, Manila. She joined us in January 2006 after 20 years with the Australian Embassy, Her extensive Embassy experience is especially valuable to the company.
She handles mostly Skilled Migration cases and some Partner visa cases. She supervises staff training and updates staff on migration legislations and procedures.
Bebet is a quiet and efficient member of our staff and can easily work under pressure.
