Many children, born of an Australian citizen parent, are entitled to Australian Citizenship by Descent. We process many of these. The main factor is to prove the parent - child relationship, which is usually done by providing documents, but sometimes DNA testing is used as a last recourse.

We get lots of these, where the applicant and sponsor have lost all hope, but it need not be so. Contact us, there may be a simple solution.
7. ANNULMENT:
There are some Partner visa cases wherein an annulment is needed. We have a lawyer who does these cases.
8. BIRTH CERTIFICATE CORRECTION:
There can be many discrepancies on a Birth Certificate, some of which can be remedied by a Local Civil Registrar, whilst other cases must go to Court.

We do a few cases every year. Usually it is an Australian national working in the mines, who wants his Filipino wife to join him there.
10. DECLARATION OF PRESUMPTIVE DEATH:
This is where a Court decides, based on documents presented, a person is "presumed dead". We usually give these cases to our lawyer.
