CARER (116)
This visa is for people who are needed to care for an Australian relative or member of their family unit who has a medical condition.

This visa requires the applicant to be sponsored by their Australian relatives or their Australian relative's spouse.

CHILD (101)
Briefly, this visa is for a person outside Australia seeking a permanent visa on the basis of being the dependent child (natural, adopted or, in certain circumstances, step-child) of an Australian citizen, the holder of a permanent visa or an eligible New Zealand citizen.

DEPENDENT CHILD (445)
This visa can be applied for and granted both in and outside Australia. It is intended for the dependent child of a visa-holding parent in circumstances where:
The child was not included on the parent’s application for subclass
    •   309 (Spouse (Provisional)
    •   310 (Interdependency (Provisional))
    •   445 (Dependent Child)
    •   820 (Spouse) or
    •   826 (Interdependency) and
    •   That visa has already been granted (and is still held).

DISTINGUISHED TALENT (124)
Visa 124 is for persons outside Australia who wish to settle permanently in Australia and who:

■	Have an internationally recognized record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in a profession, sport, the arts or academia and research or:
■	Have provided specialized assistance to the Australian Government in matters of security.
