

MEDICAL TREATMENT (Short Stay) (675)
This Medical Treatment visa (MTV), 675.211, is for persons who wish to visit or stay in Australia for no more than 3 months:
To undertake medical treatment (including consultation)
To receive an organ transplant;
To donate an organ; or
ORPHAN RELATIVE (117)
This visa is a permanent visa for children from overseas whose parents are unable to care for them.
PARENT (103)
This visa is one of several parent visas that reflects the immigration principle of close family reunion. The visa is for persons outside Australia seeking a permanent visa on the basis of being a parent of a child who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen.
PROSPECTIVE MARRIAGE (300)
This visa is for persons seeking entry to Australia:
To marry, after their first entry to Australia, the Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen who is their prospective spouse (either party is also called fiancι/e) and
With a view to remaining permanently.
RELIGIOUS WORKER (428)
The Religious Worker Visa (subclass 428) is an occupational visa intended for persons who will be full-time religious workers in Australia.
Religious work is work of a religious nature for which the applicant has had relevant religious training or is undertaking training. The visa is intended for persons seeking to undertake work directly serving the religious objectives of a religious organization in Australia. It recognizes circumstances where a religious organization may need to access specific religious skills not readily available within the Australian community.
Since 1 July 2003, DIAC has progressively been contacting religious organizations to seek their interest in participation in an Agreement. Agreements are not to be mandatory; however, religious organizations will be encouraged to participate if an Agreement is in place.
REMAINING RELATIVE (115)
This visa is for people whose only near relative are usually resident in Australia and are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens.
This visa requires you to be sponsored by an eligible relative (or your relative's eligible spouse), in Australia.
RETIREMENT (410)
This visa is for persons who:
Wish to spend some retirement years in Australia
Have no dependants (other than a spouse, if any) and
Are able to be self-supporting in Australia without cost to Australia's social and welfare services. Sponsorship/nomination is not required.
